Key Responsibilities Developing and implementing UI components using React js Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and ship new features Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code Optimizing components for maximum performance across various web browsers Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies Troubleshooting and debugging issues to ensure smooth user experiences Participating in code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency Required React developer requirements qualifications skills Proficiency in React js and its core principles Strong JavaScript HTML5 and CSS3 skills Experience with popular React js workflows such as Redux Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms such as JSON Web Tokens Understanding of front-end build tools and pipelines Excellent problem-solving and communication skills A strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality code Adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities Experience with version control systems e g Git A degree in computer science software engineering or a related field Other ResponsibilitiesBusiness Processes People and Talent Risk Management Adherence to the SCB Process Regulatory Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group s Values and Code of Conduct Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics including regulatory and business conduct across Standard Chartered Bank This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with in letter and spirit all applicable laws regulations guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct Effectively and collaboratively identify escalate mitigate and resolve risk conduct and compliance matters Key stakeholders Technology Teams Operations business involved in the custody business Vendor teams involved in building the product Other auditors who are involved in the validation as per the compliance process Other Responsibilities Quick learner ability to evaluate the tools and processes and cascading the knowledge across the scrum teams Skills and Experience Domain knowledge of Custody -
