Job Description Description Job Title : Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack (React, Node.js, AI-First) Overview Were looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who can lead by example - someone passionate about product engineering, architecture, AI tools, and startup velocity. You will play a key role in designing scalable systems, mentoring engineers, and leading a collaborative, high-performance team building AI-powered SaaS products. If youre an experienced full stack developer with expertise in React, Node.js, .Net, modern databases, and microservices, and youve started using tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Lovable to boost development productivity - this is your playground. Responsibilities - Architect, design, and develop scalable full-stack solutions using React.js, Next.js, Node.js, Nest.js, and TypeScript. - Good experience with .Net application development and migration. - Design robust microservice-based architectures with sound API contracts and modular codebases. - Work with RDBMS (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis) systems. - Drive adoption and experimentation with AI-powered developer tools to boost productivity. - Lead and mentor a growing team of engineers - conduct code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance. - Own features end-to-end - from technical design to deployment and post-release iterations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, DevOps) in a fast-moving startup environment. - Foster a culture of innovation, quality, and continuous learning. - Stay ahead of the curve with AI/LLM advancements and guide the team. What You Bring - 5 to 8 years of full-stack engineering experience. - Deep expertise in React.js, Next.js, Node.js, Nest.js, Working experience on .Net and other related technologies. - Proven experience in software architecture, design patterns, and system design. - Strong command over databases - both relational and NoSQL. - Built or maintained microservices in production environments. - Experience leading or mentoring technical teams. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and DevOps principles. - Hands-on use of AI developer tools like Copilot, Cursor, Lovable, Tabnine, etc. - Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, OpenAI, LangChain, or other AI platforms is a big plus. - Startup-ready mindset - proactive, adaptable, and high ownership. Nice To Have - Experience in building developer tools, SDKs, or AI-integrated products. - Contributions to open-source projects or technical blogs. - Exposure to real-time systems, GraphQL, or serverless architecture. - Experience in product-led growth or usage-based billing SaaS models.
