When you start the application process you will be presented with a drop down menu showing all countries, Please ensure that you select a country where the role is based. - This role will be responsible for managing the projects in AI & Data operations, supporting entire project tracking, budget management, resources allocation, ensuring communication on delivery. Key Responsibilities Business - Good exposure to data driven projects in banking. Processes - Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. - Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. - Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders. - Ensure resource availability and allocation. - Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. - Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. - Measure project performance and report and escalate to management as needed. - Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. - Perform risk management to minimize project risks. - Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals. - Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis. - Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with stakeholders as well as other staff members. - Use and continually develop leadership skills. - Develop trackers, presentations, and process maps to document needs. Experience - 10+ years of data analysis/project management experience, with a combination of business and technical skills - Proven working experience in project management. - Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills. - Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus. - Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience - Process Improvement - Effective Communication & reporting - Performance Management - Planning, Developing and Tracking Budgets - Project Management inception to closure Soft Skills - Stakeholder engagement - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
