Responsibilities The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing complex projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. - Design and develop packaging and tooling solutions for manufacturing and product handling. - Create detailed CREO drawings and technical documentation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet design, cost, and quality requirements. - Conduct prototype testing and validation of packaging/tooling designs. - Communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking suppliers and teams Chinese language proficiency is mandatory. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications. - Support continuous improvement initiatives in packaging and tooling processes.
