They will also be required to keep up-to-date with industry advancements and implement best practices in training sessions. Qualifications - Assessments, Teaching, Coaching, and Mentoring experience - Strong communication and presentation skills - Proficiency in Mechatronics systems and Industry 4.0 technologies - Prior experience in curriculum design and training methodologies - Ability to work independently and remotely - Relevant certifications in mechatronics or related fields are a plus - Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Engineering, or a related field
