Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The HR Intern will play a crucial role in supporting the organization&aposs HR policies and procedures, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring legal compliance.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Recruitment and Onboarding: Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the hiring process. Conduct new employee orientations and assist in onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

- Employee Relations: Address employee relations issues and provide guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters. Conduct investigations into employee complaints and grievances, and recommend appropriate resolutions.

- Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms. Provide support to managers and employees on performance-related issues and coach managers on performance improvement strategies.

- Training and Development: Coordinate training initiatives and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Identify training needs and collaborate with managers to design and deliver relevant training sessions.

- Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation, including personnel files and employment contracts.

- HR Administration: Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining HRIS records, processing employee changes, and generating HR reports. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Solid understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
5. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
6. Proficient in MS Office and HRIS software.
