Job Description Job Title: Product Manager + Business Analyst Experience: 4+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time About The Role: We're looking for a Product Manager + Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business goals, user needs, and technical execution. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in defining product requirements, writing detailed user stories, and collaborating closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality digital products. You'll play a key role in shaping the product roadmap, driving clarity across teams, and ensuring that every feature shipped adds measurable value to users and the business. Key Responsibilites: - Own and drive the product roadmap from ideation to delivery, aligned with company goals. - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. - Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure timely and quality releases. - Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback sessions to inform product decisions. - Prioritize product features and manage backlogs effectively. - Act as the bridge between business, tech, and customers, ensuring alignment at all stages of product development. - Use data-driven insights to monitor performance, define KPIs, and identify areas for improvement. - Create detailed process flows, wireframes, and functional specifications when needed. - Support go-to-market planning and ensure smooth cross-functional execution. Requirements: - 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Technical Product Manager. - Strong expertise in writing and managing user stories, epics, and backlog items. - Excellent understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management. - Solid technical understanding able to communicate effectively with developers and grasp architectural concepts, APIs, and integrations. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. - Experience using tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Miro, or similar. - Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
