This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Senior Interior Designer. The As a Senior Interior Designer at Rajat Ajmera Interior, you'll be a key player in our dynamic team. You will be responsible for:

Leading projects: Taking ownership of projects from the initial client meeting through to the final installation.

Design and development: Creating detailed design concepts, space plans, and presentations.

Client relations: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and translating them into stunning designs.

Team collaboration: Mentoring junior designers and collaborating with architects, contractors, and vendors.

Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for a candidate who possesses:

A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

A minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in high-end residential or commercial interior design.

A strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful projects.

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other rendering tools.

Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.

An in-depth knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting.

The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

A keen eye for detail and a passion for creative problem-solving.
