The Interior Designer will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing interior designs, including conceptualizing designs, space planning, and selecting furnishings, finishes, and equipment. The role also involves working closely with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure design intent is executed successfully, as well as preparing detailed construction drawings and documentation. Qualifications - Expertise in Space Planning and Interior Design - Proficiency in preparing Construction Drawings and understanding Architecture - Knowledge of Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Attention to detail and the ability to meet project deadlines - Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools - Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design or a related field. - Experience in commercial or residential interior design projects is a plus, furniture designers also can apply.
