Job Description Job Title: NI QE (Neural Intelligence Quality Engineer) Roles And Responsibilities Intelligence Testing : Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans to evaluate and validate the intelligence, reasoning, and awareness of an Artificial General Intelligence system. This includes: - Creating novel tests that push the boundaries of current AI evaluation, going beyond typical benchmarks to probe for genuine understanding and sentience. - Developing scenarios to assess the system's ability to handle ambiguous, abstract, and open-ended problems. - Evaluating the system's capacity for self-awareness, realtime-learning, continous learning, moral reasoning, and knowledge consistency. - Collaborating with researchers and ethicists to design and implement tests that explore the system's knowledge and ethical alignment. - System Quality Assurance : Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of the AGI system and its underlying infrastructure. - Develop and execute test cases for the system's core APIs, data pipelines, and hardware integration. - Automate complex test scenarios using frameworks like Pytest, ensuring reproducibility and scalability. - Identify and report on system anomalies, data inconsistencies, and performance degradation. - Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure the system is robust, secure, and ready for deployment. Qualifications - Proven experience in a senior QA or testing role, with a strong background in testing complex, AI-driven systems. - Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts and their practical applications. - Familiarity with philosophical concepts of knowledge, intelligence, and ethics. - Fair programming skills, with a focus on Python and automated testing frameworks. - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for tackling unprecedented challenges. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
