About Jewelbox Jewelbox is a premium jewellery brand dedicated to offering exquisite handcrafted designs that blend tradition with modern elegance We believe every piece tells a story and our mission is to make that story shine through exceptional creativity and customer experience Role Overview - The Social Media Executive will be responsible for creating managing and growing Jewelbox s presence across all social media platforms - This role requires a blend of creativity strategic thinking and a passion for jewellery and luxury branding Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness engagement and sales - Create visually appealing and brand-aligned content images reels stories videos captions - Manage daily posting schedules across Instagram Facebook Pinterest and other relevant platforms - Engage with followers respond to messages comments and build an online community - Collaborate with the design and marketing team to create seasonal campaigns - Work with photographers videographers to produce high-quality product shoots - Monitor and analyse social media performance using analytics tools adjusting strategies as needed - Stay updated on jewellery trends social media trends and platform algorithm changes - Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns and partnerships Required Skills Qualifications- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications or related field preferred - 1-3 years of experience in social media management preferably in the fashion jewellery or luxury sector - Strong understanding of Instagram Facebook Pinterest and emerging social media platforms - Excellent copywriting skills with an eye for aesthetics and detail - Basic photography video editing skills Canva Adobe Photoshop Premiere Pro etc - Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box - Knowledge of social media analytics tools Meta Business Suite Google Analytics etc Preferred Attributes- Passion for jewellery and design - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Strong communication and collaboration skills ref updazz com
