Our mission is to equip learners with the knowledge and hands-on expertise required for successful careers in modern industries. Role Description We are hiring a full-time, on-site Electroplating Trainer for ITI students in Pimpri Chinchwad. The Electroplating Trainer will be responsible for: - Delivering theory and practical training sessions on electroplating processes and surface finishing techniques. - Preparing course materials, demonstrations, and hands-on workshop activities. - Ensuring students understand safety protocols, equipment handling, and real-world industrial applications. - Assessing learners progress and providing additional support where needed. - Maintaining lab equipment and ensuring a safe, productive learning environment. - Staying updated with the latest trends and best practices in electroplating and surface treatment technologies. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or diploma in Chemical Engineering, Electrochemistry, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. - Strong understanding of electroplating principles, metal finishing, chemicals used in electroplating, and safety standards. - Practical experience working in an electroplating unit or related industrial process (preferred). - Good communication skills and the ability to teach technical concepts clearly. - Experience in managing workshops or training environments is a plus. - Passion for teaching and mentoring ITI students to build successful technical careers. -
