- Manage the entire recruitment cycle - from understanding job requirements to onboarding candidates. - Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and networking. - Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and evaluate candidates' skills and fitment. - Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals. - Partner with business stakeholders and delivery managers to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning. - Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining a strong focus on quality of hire. - Drive volume, niche, and leadership hiring as per business needs. - Manage and collaborate with vendor partners, job portals, and recruitment agencies for sourcing. - Implement innovative sourcing strategies including LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and campus drives. - Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire. - Prepare and present weekly/monthly recruitment dashboards and hiring status reports to management. - Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, labor laws, and client SLAs. - Drive continuous improvement in TA processes, tools, and technology adoption (ATS/HRMS). - Oversee offer management, candidate engagement, and onboarding coordination. - Build and maintain strong employer branding initiatives to attract top IT talent.
