Metro Global Solution Center (MGSC) is internal solution partner for METRO, a 31.5 Billion international wholesaler with operations in 32 countries through 625 stores & a team of 85,000 people globally. Metro operates in a further 10 countries with its Food Service Distribution (FSD) business and it is thus active in a total of 34 countries.

MGSC, location wise is present in Pune (India), Dsseldorf (Germany) and Szczecin (Poland). We provide Finance, HR, IT & Business operations support to 31 countries, speak 24+ languages and process over 18,000 transactions a day. We are setting tomorrow's standards for customer focus, digital solutions, and sustainable business models. For over 12 years, we have been providing services and solutions from our two locations in Pune and Szczecin. Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring primary delivery responsibility for all issues or any change request for one or more HRIT solutions assigned

Ensure daily monitoring of quality KPIs to avoid any slippage or SLA breaches

Provide expert technical solution for any requirement or issue

Ensure updated documentation for primary solutions

Mentor back-ups / freshers in primary support module

Learn 1 or more HRIT solutions and act as back-up whenever required

Provide standby or back-up support whenever required

Should be ok to work in CE shift timings whenever required

Qualifications

Required Functional Skills:

Atleast 7 years implementation / AMS experience in SAP HCM Functional modules like SAP PA, OM, Time Management

Should have expert experience in any one of the modules of Portal, HR Authorization, SAP ILM and Travel Management

HR ABAP coding or debugging skill is a plus

Previous experience using JIRA / Confluence tool is a plus

Qualifications:

Any Graduation or higher in computer, Information Technology, or any IT degree

B.Sc(IT), MCA, B.Tech, B.Sc(Com)

Good communication skills to communicate with customers, team members

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
