We're looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead the design, analysis, and testing of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS). This role covers the full lifecycle — from conceptual design to manufacturing and flight testing.
What You'll Do
Design & analyze UAS structures (airframes, landing gear, payloads).
Use CAD/FEA tools (SolidWorks, CATIA, ANSYS, Abaqus).
Work with composites, lightweight materials & advanced manufacturing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.
Lead projects from concept → prototype → testing → delivery.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's/Master's in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
5+ years in aerospace, defense, or related industries.
Strong CAD/FEA skills, composites experience, and aerospace design knowledge.
Proven project leadership and problem-solving abilities.
