Take the Authority of Healthcare AR Caller Role Job Description Impact/: Accelerated cash flow, high recovery rates, and advanced denial management driven by focused follow/-up tactics characterise the future of healthcare revenue cycle management /(RCM/). In order to ensure that every dollar earned for patient care is properly recovered from insurance payers, we are developing a high/-efficiency system in which the AR Caller serves as the proactive financial expert. Key Responsibilities/: You will oversee a complicated portfolio of past/-due and rejected medical claims on your own. This entails calling insurance companies /(payers/) to enquire about the status of claims, determine the reasons for nonpayment or denial, and submit the required paperwork /(appeals, updated claims/) for resolution. As the only owner of certain accounts receivable targets, you will be responsible for carefully recording follow/-up actions in the billing system and making sure that payer and HIPAA laws are strictly followed. Our days in accounts receivable /(DAR/) will be decreased and collections will be maximised thanks to your perseverance, negotiating abilities, and in/-depth understanding of ICD/-10 and CPT codes.
