1 Leadership Strategy Lead and manage the electrical design team assigning tasks and ensuring timely delivery Develop design strategies aligned with project and organizational goals Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance 2 Electrical System Design Oversee conceptual basic and detailed electrical design for projects Prepare and review single-line diagrams layouts cable schedules and control schematics Ensure designs meet functional requirements performance standards and safety norms 3 Project Management Coordinate with project managers architects civil and mechanical teams for integrated design Monitor project timelines budgets and resource allocation for the design team Provide technical support during project execution installation and commissioning 4 Standards Compliance Ensure designs adhere to IEC IEEE IS NEC and other relevant codes standards Verify compliance with local statutory and regulatory requirements Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures in designs 5 Innovation Optimization Recommend energy-efficient and sustainable design solutions Evaluate and adopt new technologies tools and design software Continuously improve design methodologies for efficiency and accuracy 6 Documentation Review Approve electrical design documents BOQs and technical specifications Review vendor subcontractor design submissions for accuracy and compliance Maintain proper records of drawings revisions and approvals 7 Client Stakeholder Coordination Interact with clients to understand requirements and provide design solutions Present design concepts reports and technical clarifications Support business development with technical inputs for tenders and proposals Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Life insurance Experience Electrical Design 6 years Preferred Work Location In person
