Lead the design and development of high-performance analog circuits for audio amplification - Ensure designs meet specified performance quality and reliability standards - Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to team members 2 Innovation and Continuous Improvement - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in analog design and audio technology - Encourage innovation and the adoption of new technologies within the team - Continuously improve design processes and methodologies 3 Collaboration and Communication -
