Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Urologist to join our team at Spandana Hospital in Bangalore. This full-time position requires a minimum of 7 to 10 years of work experience. The Urologist will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing patients with urological disorders while ensuring exceptional patient care and implementing best practices in surgery and treatment methods.

- Advanced problem-solving skills to assess patient conditions and devise medically sound solutions.
- Unwavering attention to detail to ensure precision in diagnoses, surgical procedures, and patient management.

- Analytical skills to interpret laboratory results, imaging, and patient data to inform treatment plans.
- High level of decision-making skills to choose appropriate medical interventions based on patient-specific needs.
- Proficiency in surgical skills (Mandatory skill) to perform various urological procedures with expertise and confidence.
- Comprehensive medical knowledge (Mandatory skill) of urological conditions, therapies, and advancements in the field.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Evaluate patients to diagnose and provide effective treatment for urological conditions, including diseases affecting the kidneys, ureter, bladder, and male reproductive organs.
- Perform surgical procedures as needed and manage pre-operative and post-operative care to ensure patient recovery.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements and research in urology to incorporate cutting-edge practices into patient care.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with medical standards.
- Provide educational support to patients and families regarding diagnoses, procedures, and post-treatment care.
- Participate in hospital initiatives aimed at improving healthcare services and patient satisfaction.
- Contribute to the hospital community by assisting in training and mentoring junior medical staff and medical students.
