Job Description

BNC has been mandated to recruit anArticle Assistantsfor a long term contract role who are eager to learn and gain hands-on exposure in the areas ofStandard Operating Procedure (SOP) drafting,internal audits, andrisk-based reviews for a consulting firm based in Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities

- Participate inSOP creation and documentationacross various business functions.
- Assist in conductinginternal audits, including process walkthroughs, control testing, and reporting.
- Understand and document client business processes, risks, and control mechanisms.
- Prepare and maintain audit working papers and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with client teams to gather information and clarify audit observations.
- Support seniors in delivering quality reports and actionable insights to clients.

Candidate Profile

- Currently pursuingCA Articleship(Intermediate both groups cleared).
- Strong academic background and keen interest ininternal audit and consulting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Word and Excel).
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and commitment to quality work.
- This is a long term contract role.
