Job Description TheState Head - NR Relationshipis a senior leadership role, typically within a bank,responsible for overseeing all aspects of the non-resident (NR) customer business across a designated state or region. Key Responsibilities - Strategic Leadership:Formulating and executing action plans in line with zonal and company-wide strategies for the non-resident business. - Business Growth:Driving sales and business development initiatives to achieve defined targets across various banking, wealth management, and asset products (e.g., liabilities, new acquisitions, fees). - Relationship Management:Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth (HNI) and super-HNI non-resident clients, ensuring high client engagement and retention. - Team Management:Leading, managing, mentoring, and motivating a team of Area Heads and Relationship Managers, setting targets, tracking performance, and ensuring ongoing training and development. - Compliance and Operations:Overseeing key operations within the state to ensure adherence to all bank policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards. - Customer Service:Ensuring the delivery of superior customer service, addressing client concerns, and optimizing service efficiency and quality across the branch network. - Market Analysis:Studying competitors, performing product benchmarking, and adapting national strategies to meet specific local market needs and opportunities. - Stakeholder Management:Building and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and government officials. Qualifications and Skills - Education:A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is typically required. - Experience:Extensive experience in leadership roles within the banking or financial services industry, specifically in non-resident or wealth management business, is crucial. - Skills:Strong leadership, strategic planning, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.
