Job Description Job Description Job Title - Technical Account Specialist and Senior Technical Account Specialist Years of experience - 2 Years+ Location - Chennai Working days 5 days Essential Functions - Manage all operational requests related to the campaign life cycle. - Learn to prioritize internal and external requests, understanding impact and severity level. - Clearly communicate campaign timelines and deliverables - Identify any opportunities/problems arising from misalignment or misunderstanding. - Become proficient in workflows and systems needed to set up and maintain our advertising campaigns. Other Functions - Ability to effectively consult with internal and external customers regarding challenges, translating technical information to non-technical audiences. - Ability to simplify complex data-backed insights for non-technical audiences, and to present them confidently. Education: BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related technical field preferred. Experience: - 2-3 years industry experience with knowledge of the Online Advertising/ Programmatic Ad-serving industry. - Experience with Ad Servers, DMPs, SSPs, Ad Exchanges, Tag Implementation platforms, and Integrations. - Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot languages such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS. Skills: - Solid SQL skills, capable of writing intermediate queries to pull the data needed in order to troubleshoot. - Great written and verbal communication, with experience presenting to small audiences. - Experience working with a SAAS platform, or in a client-facing technical service environment.
