2+ years managing dev teams using ClickUp as primary tool
Expert-level ClickUp implementation:

Kanban, automation rules, sprint workflows
Advanced project planning: Story point estimation, velocity tracking, release management
Dashboard creation: Dev team metrics, burndown charts, quality gates
Process optimization: Workflow design, bottleneck identification, team efficiency

ClickUp Organization Architecture :
Enterprise-level ClickUp implementation : Design complete workspace architecture for entire organization
Cross-functional workflow design: Seamlessly connect Development → Product → QA → Marketing → Business teams
Advanced automation mastery : Build complex automation rules across departments, status triggers, cross-project dependencies
Standardization expert : Create universal 8-status Kanban system that works for ALL teams (dev, marketing, design, business)
Dashboard ecosystem : Executive dashboards, team-specific views, real-time org-wide metrics and KPI tracking
Process optimization : Identify bottlenecks across organization, design efficiency improvements, eliminate workflow friction
Scalability architecture : Build systems that work for 5-person startup → 50+ person company
Training & adoption : Create documentation, conduct team training, ensure organization-wide ClickUp proficiency

Development Team Leadership:
Technical team management: Lead 2 full-stack developers + QA through ClickUp workflows
Agile implementation: Sprint planning, velocity tracking, release management within ClickUp ecosystem
Cross-team coordination: Ensure dev team integrates smoothly with product, design, marketing workflows
Quality systems: Bug tracking, testing workflows, release gates - all integrated into org-wide ClickUp system

Technical Background:
Understanding of modern stacks: React/React Native, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Azure
Mobile app development cycles: iOS/Android release processes, app store guidelines
API development coordination: Microservices, integrations, performance optimization
DevOps awareness: CI/CD, deployment pipelines, monitoring systems

Your Key Responsibilities:
Week 1: Implement universal Kanbanacross all dev workflows
Month 1: Optimize our 2 full-stack developers + QA workflow for V2 launch and beyond
Ongoing: Sprint planning, velocity optimization, team scaling preparation as we grow to 10+ developers
