This is a mass hiring opportunity for candidates with 1/+ years of experience. Both certified and non/-certified life science graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates do not need to have all documents or relieving letters at the time of joining. Key Responsibilities/: Accurately code medical records according to HCC guidelines. Review patient documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance. Identify and correct any discrepancies in coding. Collaborate with the team to ensure timely submission of coding assignments. Maintain confidentiality and follow compliance and regulatory standards. Assist in training or guiding junior coders when required. Respond to queries from clients or internal teams related to coding issues. Requirements/: Life Science graduate /(BSc, Nursing, or related field/). Minimum 1 year of experience in HCC coding. Certified or non/-certified coders are eligible. Immediate joiners preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
