We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Planning Analyst to join our team in Bangalore, Karntaka (IN-KA), India (IN). Analyst / Jr Analyst - Supply Chain Planning Position Summary We are seeking a motivated consultant to join our Supply Chain Consulting practice. In this role, you will build innovative technical solutions for complex supply chain challenges while maintaining and optimizing clients existing technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will support and troubleshoot issues within current technical stacks, and develop new functionalities as required. This position provides the opportunity to contribute to digital transformation initiatives across our diverse client portfolio. Key Responsibilities . System Maintenance & Enhancement: Modify, debug, and provide ongoing support for existing applications to ensure optimal performance and functionality . Application Development & Implementation: Design, develop, and implement software modules according to project specifications and client requirements . Quality Assurance: Conduct comprehensive unit testing of developed modules to ensure code quality, reliability, and adherence to project standards . Issue Resolution: Identify, analyze, and resolve software defects and bugs in a timely manner while maintaining detailed documentation of solutions . Continuous Learning: Proactively acquire knowledge of new technologies, and supply chain methodologies as required by project demands Required Technical Qualifications Education . Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent technical discipline . Master's degree in Computer Science (preferred but not required) Experience . 0-6 years of relevant experience in software development or technical consulting Desired Skills & Competencies Technical Skills . Strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts in at least one of the following: C#, Python or Java . Working knowledge of JavaScript and SQL . Working knowledge of Python for building and maintaining LLM based applications . Understanding of REST API architecture . Demonstrated flexibility to learn and work with multiple programming languages and technologies as project requirements evolve . Good to have knowledge of either React, Django, ASPX or other front-end technologies . Good to have knowledge of prompt engineering and RAG AI framework Domain Knowledge . Understanding of supply chain fundamentals including supply chain planning, inventory management, logistics, and distribution (preferred but not mandatory) . Familiarity with supply chain management systems and ERP platforms is an advantage Professional Competencies . Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to decompose complex problems and develop innovative solutions . Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders . Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams .
