Full-Time AutoCAD Drafter - Mechanical Sheet Metal Inventory Production Company Blaze Machinery Address Gala No P12 Qureshi Compound Zilu Parab Road Chinchoti Vasai East Palghar - 401208 Contact Mob 91 99207 44120 Email inquiry blazemac com Experience 3 to 5 years Type Full-Time On-Site About Us Established in 1985 Blaze Machinery is a leading manufacturer specializing in food processing machinery We offer a diverse range of equipment for the food industry including machines for sweet mithai namkeen and other snack production Our commitment to quality and innovation has earned us a strong reputation both domestically and internationally Position Overview We are seeking a skilled AutoCAD Drafter with 3 to 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering and sheet metal design The ideal candidate will also have expertise in inventory management production support and maintaining Bills of Materials BOMs This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient design and manufacturing of our food processing equipment Key Responsibilities Develop precise 2D and 3D AutoCAD drawings for SS 304 sheet metal components including enclosures chutes hoppers guards and frames Design mechanical parts such as motors gearboxes shafts sprockets and couplings Prepare prototype and production drawings with detailed Bills of Materials and material specifications Maintain BOM accuracy in CAD and ERP systems update BOMs as designs evolve Manage inventory levels track stock perform cycle counts monitor material usage and coordinate with purchasing Provide production support issue kits maintain accurate logs assist the production team in material selection Collaborate with engineering purchasing and production teams to optimize designs for manufacturability and cost efficiency Maintain CAD file version control documentation and design standards Assist R D with design improvements and prototype testing in food-processing equipment Requirements Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering Drafting or a related field 3 to 5 years of experience in AutoCAD drafting within a manufacturing environment Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and 3D knowledge of SolidWorks or Inventor is a plus Strong understanding of SS 304 sheet metal properties and manufacturing processes Basic mechanical design experience motors gears shafts Experience managing BOMs and inventory in ERP or similar systems Strong attention to detail reliable communication and teamwork skills Experience in food equipment manufacturing is a strong advantage What We Offer Competitive salary with performance incentives Health benefits PF ESI as applicable Paid leave and holidays Engaging projects in food-tech and steel fabrication Collaborative environment where your contributions matter Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 27 500 00 per month Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Work Location In person
