Senior Legal Manager

The Senior Legal Manager will lead our legal team and be responsible for overseeing all legal aspects of the business. This includes ensuring compliance with regulations, managing litigation, providing counsel on corporate strategies, and mitigating risks. The ideal candidate will have extensive legal experience and a strong background in corporate law.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the legal department.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide strategic legal advice to senior management.
- Oversee and manage litigation and disputes.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Mitigate legal risks and develop strategies for risk management.
- Work with external legal counsel as needed.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company.

Qualifications

- Membership in good standing with a state bar association.
- Minimum of 7 years of legal experience,.
- Proven experience in managing a legal team.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills.
