Your Profile

Program Manager with comprehensive expertise in Teamcenter PLM, enterprise system integration, and advanced SAFe Agile methodologies, specializing in large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

- SAFe Agile Specific Expertise:
- SAFe Agile Framework implementation
- Program Increment (PI) planning
- Agile Release Train (ART) management
- SAFe ceremonies coordination
- Scaled Agile transformation leadership
- SAFe Agile Ceremonies Expertise:
- PI Planning facilitation
- Inspect and Adapt (I&A) workshops
- Backlog refinement sessions
- System demo management
- Iteration planning and execution
- Strategic alignment workshops

Your Role

SAFe Agile Program Management:

- Implement SAFe Agile methodologies
- Manage Agile Release Trains
- Coordinate Program Increment planning
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration
- Ensure strategic alignment
- Technology Integration Management:
- Oversee Teamcenter integration with:
- SAP ERP platforms
- Enterprise resource systems
- Manufacturing execution systems
- Develop SAFe-aligned integration strategies
