We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Sourcing Executive to manage procurement processes ensure timely sourcing of materials and maintain cost efficiency The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation skills an understanding of supply chain dynamics and experience in vendor management Key Responsibilities Oversee the entire purchasing process from sourcing negotiating ordering and ensuring timely delivery of materials and products Coordinate with internal departments to understand their requirements and procure goods services accordingly Ensure the purchase of goods at the best prices while maintaining quality standards Identify and develop strong relationships with reliable suppliers vendors and manufacturers Evaluate potential suppliers negotiate contracts and establish competitive terms and conditions Manage supplier performance including delivery times quality and cost adherence Conduct market research to identify new sources of supply and market trends Analyze price trends and forecasts to ensure competitive pricing and cost savings Maintain an optimal inventory level in coordination with the production or sales teams Track stock levels and ensure replenishment is done in a timely manner Maintain proper records of all purchase orders contracts and communications Generate reports related to procurement supplier performance inventory and cost savings for senior management Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal policies and external regulations Minimize risks related to procurement processes including supply chain disruptions or delivery delays Education Diploma Degree In electronics Electrical Background is preferred Experience Minimum 0-2 years of experience in purchasing procurement or sourcing roles Skills Competencies Strong negotiation and communication skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficient in MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint and procurement software Understanding of inventory and supply chain management Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 11 036 39 - 18 000 00 per month Work Location In person Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 11 036 39 - 15 211 40 per month Work Location In person
