Job Description Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a BPO/Telecollections Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing collections calls and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting collection targets. This role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience. Responsibilities - Handle inbound and outbound calls for collections purposes. - Communicate with customers to explain payment options and negotiate payment arrangements. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Follow up on overdue accounts and resolve any discrepancies. - Assist in achieving monthly collection targets and KPIs. - Provide exceptional customer service while handling sensitive financial information. Skills and Qualifications - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Basic knowledge of telecommunication and customer service principles. - Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively. - Proficient in using computers and basic software applications (MS Office). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
