Job Title : Oracle Customer Data Management Job Locations : Hyderabad,benguluru,pune Experience : 8+ Years Work Mode : Hybrid Detailed JD: - Implement, Integrate and Support Customer Data Management module in Oracle Cloud Applications. Excellent techno-functional knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle Customer Data Management (CDM) tools and technologies. - Experience of at least 2 Oracle CDM implementations, working as a lead techno-functional consultant. - Creating and modifying data structures, views, and data stores in Oracle CDM. - Handling ad-hoc data change requests from clients. - Working with complex data structures to extract and transform data. - Knowledge of other Oracle CDM features like deduplication, merging of Account/Contact - Understanding of Oracle Sales Cloud - Must have good understanding of SaaS Extensions – using Groovy, data integrations, Application Composer. - Ability to design and develop reports and dashboards according to business requirements. - Gather business requirements, document those, do fit gap analysis and map them to CDM application. - Engage business users spanning multiple business units and ensure cohesive articulation of business goals and processes to ensure effective technology solutions. - Perform system configurations, create functional design documents, develop, and document test scripts. - Conduct requirement and design workshops, manage and run conference room pilots, and drive user testing and training workshops. - Co-ordinate with Onshore & Offshore functional/technical teams as needed for all project deliverables throughout the different phases of the implementation. - Work closely with business analysts and project managers to provide support.
