Job Title: Founder’s Office – Execution Lead Location: Peddar Road, Mumbai About Magma Digital Ventures Magma runs two fast-moving businesses: - Hey Recruiting – Offshore hiring for high-growth companies in the US, UK, and other high-income markets. - Magma Consultancy – White-label marketing, creative, and tech services for agencies worldwide. We operate at high speed, managing clients, candidates, and projects across time zones. Every day is a mix of sales, hiring, delivery, and problem-solving — and we like it that way. The Role You’ll be the Founder’s right hand across both companies — handling everything from sales calls and client onboarding to urgent hiring needs and account management. If the Founder is doing it, you’ll be doing it. No fluff, no “strategy decks,” no waiting around. This is pure execution at a fast clip. Key Responsibilities - Drive outbound sales, run pitch calls, and close new business - Source, interview, and onboard top candidates for client roles - Manage client accounts to ensure flawless and fast delivery - Coordinate across designers, developers, recruiters, and media buyers to keep projects on track - Jump into urgent, high-impact tasks without hesitation - Solve problems before they hit the Founder’s desk Requirements - Must be located within 20–25 minutes of office located in Peddar road, Worli - 2–3+ years of experience in at least two of these: sales, hiring/recruitment, account management, operations - Proven track record of delivering results under extreme deadlines - Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) - Zero ego, thrives in high-pressure, hustle-heavy environments - Available to work late nights and weekends when needed - Based in Mumbai and able to work from Peddar Road office regularly Why You’ll Love (or Hate) This Role If you want a fixed schedule and “work-life balance,” don’t apply.
