- Working with geo spatial and unstructured/semi-structured data

Responsibilities:

- Support cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities.
- Apply knowledge of various machine learning techniques and best practices in data science to improve exiting analytics products or develop new products
- Work with project manager to deliver outstanding products that exceed customer expectations
- Gather knowledge about the maritime industry and its interrelationship with various economic and policy decision

What We're Looking For:

- Master's or higher degree in a quantitative discipline (Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics) or Data science certification from premier institute.
- 0-3 years of progressive professional experience in Advanced Analytics / Data Science
- Good understanding of fundamental concepts in statistics, Time Series Forecasting, Predictive modeling and Machine learning.
- Good Knowledge of Python Programming and handing of large Database on the Cloud Platform
- Understanding of data visualization principles and experience with data visualization tools
- Good communication skill
- Excellent Logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to confidently present your own ideas and solutions, as well as guide technical discussions
- Welcoming and approachable attitude and ability to connect with people and build strong professional relationship
