Key Responsibilities: Business Development Represent the company in your assigned area/district/city within Odisha. Identify local sellers, merchants, and service providers to onboard onto our platform. Drive local promotions, awareness campaigns, and onboarding activities with support from our central team. Build relationships with small businesses, retailers, warehouses, and delivery partners. Franchise Setup & Office Establish a small office in your local area to manage operations and coordination. Maintain all physical and digital documentation for local operations. Hire and manage basic support staff or delivery agents if required. Delivery & Logistics Coordination Oversee local order fulfillment, pickups, and deliveries using our integrated platform and app. Coordinate with local vendors and customers for smooth and timely delivery. Ensure a high level of service quality and resolve local-level issues promptly. Reporting & Operations Maintain clear records of business development, sales, merchant onboarding, and daily deliveries. Submit periodic reports and performance metrics to the central team. Act as the local point of contact for customer or seller queries in your region. Eligibility & Requirements: No minimum qualification required (However, basic literacy and smartphone/internet knowledge is helpful). Must be a resident of Odisha with local contacts and understanding of the market. Own/rent a small office setup in a commercial or accessible location (mandatory). Willing to sign a legal franchise agreement with the company for territory rights. Ability to invest in setting up operations, including basic furniture, internet, and minimal staff (investment amount will be shared upon contact).
