Responsibilities - Edit 1-minute Reels/Shorts from provided raw footage. - Add subtitles, background music, SFX, transitions, and B-roll. - Maintain a modern, professional style suitable for a U.S. audience. - Deliver projects within agreed timelines (typically 48–72 hrs per reel). - Apply feedback and revisions when required. Skills & Tools Needed - Minimum 2–3 years of professional editing experience. - Strong proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent tools (AI tools a plus). - Must understand short-form editing flow (hooks, captions, pacing). - Portfolio or showreel of Reels/Shorts is required for consideration. Pay & Terms - Pay range: ₹1k– ₹2k per reel, depending on quality and performance. - Remote, freelance, flexible work. - Payments made on a per-project basis (weekly or monthly billing). - All raw files and final edits remain property of the channel.
