Job Description Job Responsibilities: - Manage tender processes for civil engineering and infrastructure projects ensuring compliance with Railway system requirements - Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including Railways, Metro Rail Corporations, and contractors for tender submissions - Review tender documents and ensure technical and commercial feasibility - Prepare detailed estimates and cost analysis for tenders - Interface with railway and metro rail departments to understand project requirements and specifications - Ensure timely submission of tenders and track progress through project lifecycle - Support contract negotiations and assist in finalizing agreements with clients and subcontractors - Monitor and report on tender status and outcomes to senior management
