Job Description Job Title: HR Recruiter Location: Coimbatore Experience: 1 - 4years Job Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring activities. The ideal candidate should be strong in sourcing, screening, coordination, and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities - Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, evaluating, and shortlisting candidates. - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and Boolean search techniques. - Conduct preliminary interviews to assess skills, experience, and culture fit. - Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth recruitment process. - Maintain candidate engagement and provide timely updates throughout the hiring cycle. - Prepare and manage job postings across hiring platforms. - Track and update recruitment metrics regularly. - Support onboarding activities when required. - Coordinate with interviews if required. Key Skills & Requirements - Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies. - Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and Boolean search. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple requirements. - Experience in IT / Non-IT / BPO / Procurement hiring. - Good understanding of candidate screening and evaluation methods. - Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. - Relevant recruitment experience preferred.
