We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant Assistant to handle day-to-day office tasks maintain financial records and assist in basic accounting activities The ideal candidate should be organized trustworthy and able to manage vendor accounts and outstanding balances effectively Roles Responsibilities Maintain daily office records and documentation Track vendor payments balances and outstanding dues Record and update OD Overdraft and payment schedules Assist in bookkeeping and basic accounting tasks Handle petty cash and daily expense entries Prepare and maintain Excel sheets and reports Coordinate with vendors and internal staff for payment follow-ups Support admin and filing tasks as needed Required Skills Basic knowledge of accounting principles Familiarity with Tally or any accounting software preferred Good command of MS Excel and record keeping Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to work independently and take responsibility Trustworthy and organized Qualification Any degree with accounting or office admin background Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred Job Type Full-time Pay 8 000 00 - 12 000 00 per month Experience Work 1 year Required Work Location In person
