Experience: 7-10 Years Available Work Locations: - Sector 60, Noida, Uttar Pradesh - DLF Cyber City SEZ, Gurugram, Haryana - Electronics City Phase 1, Bengaluru, Karnataka - Balewadi, Pune, Maharashtra - Chandivali, Powai, Mumbai, Maharashtra Job Overview: Join our dynamic HRBP team driving Sales Enablement in close partnership with GTM and Marketing, while contributing to global HR strategic initiatives and projects. As an HR Business Partner, you’ll collaborate across functions, supporting talent, performance, and organizational priorities. This role offers rich cross-functional exposure perfect for someone eager to learn, contribute, and grow in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct data research and analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that inform both business and HR strategies. - Collaborate with GTM, Marketing, and HR teams on sales enablement programs, analytics dashboards, and strategic initiatives to optimize performance. - Develop and maintain data trackers, dashboards, and reports using Excel and Power BI, ensuring timely and accurate insights for leadership reviews. - Create high-impact presentations and communication decks for executive leadership (ELT) and senior management teams. - Independently manage and execute key projects, ensuring attention to detail, meeting deadlines, and driving results. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau preferred). - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and derive clear, actionable insights. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to a wide range of stakeholders. - Proactive, with strong collaboration skills and a demonstrated ability to work independently on key initiatives. - A genuine interest in HR Strategy, Sales Enablement, Marketing, and HR Analytics. - The position may require occasional adjustment to US business hours, particularly for meetings. Flexibility in working hours will be expected as needed.
