Role Description

We're looking for a Creative Producer to lead our content production from concept to completion. You'll create compelling photo and video content that brings our brand to lifewhether that's directing in-house shoots, collaborating with external creators, or developing campaigns that perform.

This role is about translating brand vision into visual stories that resonate.

- Conceptualize and execute photo and video content across all brand channels
- Lead in-house productionplanning, shooting, and overseeing post-production
- Partner with photographers, videographers, and content creators to produce high-quality work
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align creative output with campaign goals
- Manage timelines, budgets, and logistics to keep projects on track
- Ensure all content maintains brand consistency and meets quality standards

Qualifications

- Proven experience in video production and photography with a strong portfolio
- Project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple productions simultaneously
- Marketing savvyyou understand what makes content perform
- Excellent communicationyou can brief creators, collaborate with teams, and present ideas clearly
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality in every frame
- Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Must be able to work on-site in Goa
