This Position reports to:

Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

You will be mainly accountable for:

Handling the inspection of business performance versus plan and proposing improvement actions. Performing benchmarking of key performance indicators with industry contestant and similar businesses within ABB.
. Performing inspection of business performance versus Plan and forecast.
. Performing month end closing activities and MIS reports for the respective business / functions.
. Working with the other financial professionals in Divisions / Hubs / Countries / functions to understand and inspect, the drivers of financial performance.
. Inspection of overhead under / over absorption indicating root cause.
. Performing cost / benefit study and examine of inventories, NWC
. Preparing ad-hoc reports as per business / function's request.
. Preparation of relevant organization financial reporting, business planning & forecasting and audits.
. Validating accuracy of financial data and business information and reports by performing reconciliation and review of exceptions.

Qualifications for the role
3- 5 year experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.
Hands on experience in SAP FICO modules preferred
Bachelor or Master's degree in a Finance and/or Accounting. CMA/CA/ MBA Finance preferred
Strong problem solving skills.
Thorough / detail oriented approach.
Strong communication skills.
Fluent in English.
