Job Description Maintenance Planning Engineer OFFSHORE (FLNG-FPSO) - BOSIET VALID IS MUST Main tasks and responsibilities : Develop Maintenance Plans - Lead the formulation and update of annual/monthly/weekly preventive maintenance plans (PM plans) based on equipment manuals, historical failure data, and production requirements. - Establish schedules for regular inspections, maintenance, calibration, and repairs to ensure equipment reliability. - Adjust plans and arrange emergency repairs in response to sudden failures. - Regularly report maintenance plans to the owner and maintenance director, and promptly update and revise the plans based on their feedback. Coordinate Maintenance Resources - Coordinate maintenance teams, outsourcing service providers, and spare parts inventory to ensure timely availability of human resources and materials. - Communicate with the production and process team to schedule shutdown maintenance windows, minimizing impact on production. - Collaborate with multiple departments (e.g., safety, material control, procurement) to ensure compliant and efficient maintenance processes. Data Management and Analysis - Maintain equipment records, maintenance logs, and databases of spare parts consumption. - Analyze indicators such as failure frequency, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), MTTR (Mean Time to Repair), and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) to optimize maintenance strategies and plans. - Generate maintenance reports and propose improvement suggestions (e.g., equipment upgrades, process optimization). Budget and Cost Control - Prepare maintenance budgets and monitor expenses such as spare parts procurement and outsourcing services. - Reduce emergency maintenance costs and improve resource utilization through planned maintenance. Safety Management and Compliance - Ensure maintenance plans comply with on-board QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) requirements. - Participate in risk assessments and develop special maintenance plans for high-risk equipment. Technical Support and Improvement - Participate in equipment transformation and provide suggestions on maintenance feasibility. - Lead the application of digital tools (e.g., CMMS systems) to improve planning efficiency.
