You will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining mission-critical services that scale to millions of users. Key Responsibility: - Develop and maintain robust, scalable backend systems using Python, Golang. - Design efficient data models and queries for PostgreSQL and MongoDB. - Build secure and performant APIs for mobile and web applications. - Drive cloud-native development and infrastructure setup on AWS. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, mobile, and DevOps. - Optimize systems for performance, reliability, and scalability. - Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and improve development processes. - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production-level issues. Requirements: - Backend development experience with Python, or Golang. - Strong command over relational (PostgreSQL) and document (MongoDB) databases. - Practical experience deploying applications on AWS (EC2, ECS, Lambda, RDS, S3). - Proficiency in designing RESTful APIs and working in service-oriented architectures. - Familiarity with Docker, Git, CI/CD tools, and cloud monitoring practices. - Ability to write clean, testable, and maintainable code. - Strong analytical and debugging skills with a performance-first mindset.
