Job Role Senior Construction Engineer Experience 4 to 7 Years Location Murshidabad Job summary We are seeking a Senior Construction Engineer with extensive experience in the construction of industrial road and highway projects The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing construction projects from inception to completion ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets while maintaining our high standards of quality and safety Key Responsibilities Project Management Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously ensuring that all phases are completed on time within scope and on budget Technical Oversight Provide technical expertise in civil engineering to guide project design and execution ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations Site Supervision Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications safety standards and regulatory requirements Stakeholder Coordination Collaborate with project stakeholders including clients contractors and government agencies to ensure successful project delivery Resource Management Allocate and manage resources efficiently including labor materials and equipment to optimize project performance Software Proficiency AutoCAD STAAD Pro Civil 3D MS-Office Key Requirements Experience 4-7 years of experience in construction engineering within the industrial road or highways sectors Education Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field A relevant advanced degree is a plus Skills Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to manage complex construction projects Preferred Qualifications Certification in Project Management Experience with sustainability and green building practices What We Offer Competitive salary Opportunities for professional growth and development Supportive work environment Site-based work with exposure to diverse projects Job Type Full-time Pay 300 000 00 - 500 000 00 per year Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
