Design print materials such as brochures, posters, flyers, packaging, and business cards. Create brand-consistent graphics, logos, and illustrations. Collaboration & Concept Development Work with marketing and content teams to conceptualize campaigns. Translate ideas, briefs, and strategies into high-quality visuals. Present multiple design options and revise as per feedback. Digital Media & Branding Ensure designs align with brand identity and visual guidelines. Optimize graphics for websites, apps, and social platforms. Stay updated on design trends and apply them creatively. File Management & Delivery Prepare final designs for print and digital use with proper specifications. Maintain organized design files, archives, and assets. Ensure timely delivery of projects within deadlines. Skills & Competencies Required Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or similar tools. Knowledge of Canva, Figma, CorelDRAW, or Sketch is a plus. Strong sense of color theory, typography, and layout. Creativity and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Good communication and teamwork skills.
