Primary Responsibilities:

- Preparation of IT Budget & Forecast (Capex & Opex)
- Identifies/Track of variances from actuals Vs. budget on monthly basis and provides appropriate explanations
- IT Cost allocation validation - Expense/Component wise monthly reporting
- Managing Procure to Pay Process for IT requirement - Vendor Management, PO Release, Service Delivery, SEZ clearance
- Keep track of submission of invoices with finance & timely payment as per payment terms
- Performing Monthly Vendor balance reconciliation
- Taking care of all IT cross charging expenses
- IT Cost Optimization initiatives
- Demonstrates solid knowledge of GL and sub-GL data sources, and how the information is recorded (e.g., chart of accounts, expense, etc.)
- Adhoc IT Cost related reports as & when required
- Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor or Masters in Accounting or equivalent courses
- 4+ years of General Accounting & Analysis experience
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel, powerpoint and Outlook)
- Proven eye for detail & quick learning abilities
- Ability to collaborate with peers to complete projects
- Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices

Preferred Qualifications:

- Exposure to PeopleSoft, Ariba, Mercury, Oracle, SAP
- P2P, Vendor Management, SEZ Compliances
- Month end Closing knowledge
