Technical Senior Co-ordinator Business unit Integrated Facilities Management Reporting to Assistant Technical Manager Key stakeholders Nil Direct reports Nil Duties responsibilities To achieve excellence in preventive maintenance programs at Client site with highest standards and ensure energy conservation practices Timely closure of Work orders through corrigo Manage M E scope of the projects to ensure the quality and deliverables within the stipulated time Achieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements targets Establish contacts with local authorities landlord on the facility related issues and maintain the relationship Responsible for all legal authorities related compliances pertaining to facility engineering systems Review the maintenance service practices of M E Contractors to deliver quality work practices in line with the manufacturer recommendations Plan take responsibility for smooth operations of all Mechanical Electrical plumbing installations and Civil works pertaining to the facility Responsible for planning a critical spares list for all installations as per manufacturer s recommendations and inventory Responsible for development of all maintenance related schedules and shutdowns in consultation with Clients OEMs Periodically inspect the logbooks checklists and PPM schedules for a better management of Engineering systems Work towards the ZERO down time and set up the practices to ensure the delivery of seamless service to Clients Responsible for ensuring landlord s compliance on availability of all statutory obligations such as CEIG Fire Lift Explosives and stability certificate Lead implementation of Sustainability HSSE initiatives in the site Assist in Risk assessment and closure of Open points Incident management Train Vendors and the site team in implementing EHS HSSE requirements Conduct Annual Shutdown activity Programme along with the Site team Conduct Snagging and assist the project in de Snagging Participate in the IST programme for the new Project Maintaining all the Tools and tackles and attic stocks electrical Plumbing etc Timely Tracking and closure of all the statutory compliances Performance objectives To manage day-to-day critical and non-critical operations at client location Meet or exceed best practice in provision of services through contracts Establishment and adherence to policies procedures compliance deadlines for each of the tasks as advised by the Technical Lead Key skills BE Diploma Electrical Mechanical Engineering Contract administration experience of 3- 5yrs or more required Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and demands What this job involves Tuning the site to perfection In this role your keen understanding of several angles in the site operations is crucial You ll provide full maintenance site services by carrying out building procedures and performance measures to guarantee that the facility is in top shape Working with our regional team you ll keep a close look at energy use costs and building systems to find sweet spots and make informed decisions On top of these you should know exactly how to respond when issues come up That s why you ll find it useful to always have an action plan to protect the site and the health and safety of all staff members Your ability to create great connections
