Key Responsibilities Lead Handling Manage incoming leads make follow-up calls and nurture them through the sales funnel Walk-In Conversions Convert leads into walk-ins by guiding students on the best career courses suited for their needs Enrollment Process Handle inquiries counsel prospective students and assist them in choosing the right courses Fee Guidance Provide clear information about the payment process and financial options available Student Queries Address all student queries providing them with career guidance in the animation and VFX industry Growth Focus Drive overall growth for the branch by actively working on increasing enrollment numbers Reporting Keep track of lead status walk-ins and enrollments ensuring daily reports are maintained Qualifications Graduate from a recognized university Strong Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with potential students and parents Energetic and Self-Motivated The ideal candidate should be driven to achieve enrollment targets and contribute to the growth of the branch Prior experience in sales or education counseling will be a plus Good Sales background If you re passionate about guiding students in their career paths and possess the enthusiasm to drive growth we invite you to join our team at MAAC GREATER NOIDA Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 22 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Experience total work 2 years Preferred Work Location In person
