Designation Jewelry Quality Control Specialist Location Seepz BKC - Mumbai India On-site About NivodaNivoda is an extremely fast-growing B2B marketplace changing how the global jewelry industry operates We connect buyers and sellers of jewelry on our online platform and facilitate the most transparent efficient and cost-effective way to sell and buy jewelry Nivoda has a rapidly growing workforce expanding into new countries with a dynamic supportive and collaborative culture The company s sales have grown over 250 in the last 12 months and the team has grown from 30 to 400 internationally We are a global team of big thinkers risk takers and hard workers Key Responsibilities Conduct a quality check of jewellery pieces Identify and report defects or inconsistencies in jewelry itemsCollaborate with production and design teams to maintain quality standardsImplement and adhere to quality control proceduresCoordinate with suppliers and vendors to resolve quality-related issuesWork cooperatively with cross-functional teams to manage supplier relationshipsWhat you ll need 5 years of prior experience in jewellery quality control ensuring adherence to high industry standards Demonstrates strong attention to detail and a meticulous process-driven approach to inspecting fine jewellery Well-versed in the end-to-end jewellery manufacturing process with a deep understanding of each stage of jewellery production Solid knowledge of gemstones metals and overall jewellery craftsmanship including common quality issues and best practices Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams including production design and logistics Sound understanding of the international jewellery market and varying customer expectations across regions Experienced in export-level quality control including packaging compliance and documentation for global shipments What you ll get Flexible working hours and a great company cultureDynamic working environment in an extremely fast-growing companyWork in an international environmentAmple experience to grow and learn
