Beyond the Clinic: Engaging with Customers - Conduct comprehensive eye tests and diagnoses while building trust with customers. - Offer expert advice on lens types, frame styles, and contact lens care. - Help customers understand how eyewear can enhance their everyday life. 3. Managing Optical Inventory & Product Expertise - Take charge of inventory management, ensuring availability of key optical products. - Analyze customer trends and provide insights to enhance product offerings. - Stay ahead with knowledge of the latest lens technologies and eyewear trends. 4. Driving Business with Data & Insights - Play a crucial role in the stores success by sharing insights on customer preferences. - Provide regular reports on sales, stock levels, and optical trends. Qualifications: Graduation or Diploma in Optometry. Experience: 0 to 7 years of experience in retail and optical industry.
